File & Shrink is an anonymous advice and confession podcast hosted by Laurel, an art therapist and professional overthinker, and Bree, a nail tech and professional “but did anybody tell you that was a terrible idea?”
We’re talking relationships, sex, friendships, family drama, anxiety, parenting, work, embarrassing moments, morally questionable decisions, and the secrets you fully planned on taking to the grave.
We want the story that starts with:
“Okay, don’t judge me, but…”
Because THAT is usually where the good shit starts.
We’ll laugh. We’ll ask questions. We’ll probably disagree. Sometimes the therapist is going to tell you to unpack your feelings, and sometimes the nail tech is going to tell you to pack your shit.
But underneath all of the jokes, we believe something pretty simple:
People would be a whole lot happier if we stopped pretending we had it all together.
